Quotations expressed to be for a fixed price remain open for acceptance by the buyer within the period stated in the quotation, or if not specified, within 30 days of date of quotation. Export Prices shall be supplied on Ex-Stocks, FoB or C&F basis against specific inquiries indicating quantities on Order. Minimum acceptable order is for not less than US$1000 otherwise an addtional US$100 will be charged towards less than minimum order processing charges. All prices and promotions are subject to change any time without prior notification. Prices are inclusive of all taxes, what so ever. Payments All payments are payable 100% in advance through TT or Wire Transfer in our bank account. An Irrevocable & Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) payable on a scheduled Bank in India covering mutually agreed terms of sale may be established by the buyer for orders above US$10,000 only. Shipping & Delivery The seller undertakes to use its reasonable endeavors to deliver well within the specified delivery period. However, in all cases, Delivery dates are estimated only & without commitment by or obligation on the part of the seller. The buyer shall not be entitled to cancel any Order or to delay or refuse payment should the delivery be made after the specified delivery schedule.
