 201.142 Vacum Desiccator Of Polypropalene : Vaccume Desiccator holds vaccume of 740mm of Hg (29") for a period of 24 hrs. without applying grease. Grease is to be applied for maintaining vaccum for a larger period.
Top Part : Heavy walled top with a ribbed knob easy grip is moulded out of crystal clear fough Polycarbonate.
Bottom Part : Heavy walled bottom with a flange having a smooth internal groove to house a silicon. 'O' ring is made out of chemical resistant polypropylene.
Stopcock : Polypylene stocpcock body has a self lubricating PTFE plug which turns smoothly allowing slow and gentle entrance of air to prevent crucible damage and unneccessary turbulance. Stopcock port ends accept 6.35 mm ID tube for vaccum suction. PTFE plug is three way i.e. for vacuum suction, shutting-off and vacuum release.
Plate : Each Desiccator is supplied with a thick perforated. Polythene plate, nomerous holeas are provided for air tranfer and support of dishes, plate has a centre hole for easy removal. However, porcelain platers are to be used in case of incandescent crucibles.

201.193 Gas Generator, Kipp's : Made of Soda glass, all joints being ground glass. Comprises three chambers, a lower acid reservoir with glass stopper, a central bulb to which stopcock is fitted, an upper bulb with a tapered tube extending downwards into the reservoir and safety funnel. A rubber separator prevents the solid reactant in the central bulb from falling into the reservoir.

 201.199 Hot Air Ovens : Double walled with inner chamber of Aluminium/Stainless steel sheet and outer body made of thick Mild Steel Sheet. The gap of 7.5 cms. Between chamber and body is fitted with goood quality of glass wool for proper insulation. Air ventilator is provided at the top of the oven. The chamber has 2/3 adjustable shelves. The double walled door is fitted with an automatic roller. To and FRO latch the body is finished with gray hammertone or white paint. Incubators

201.200 Incubators : Double walled, outer body made of mild steel sheet and inner chamber made of aluminium/Stainless steel sheet with 2/3 adjustable shelves. The gap 50/75 mm is fitted with good quality of glass wool. Air ventilator is fitted on the top of the incubator. It has double walled door fitted with automatic TO and FRO latch. The body is painted in grey hammer-tone or white paint.
The tempersture is controlled by means of continuousvariable thermostate from 5° C about ambient to 70°C, accuracy ± 0.1°C. HEating is done by heating elements wound around the sides, bottom and top of the incubator complete with two polit lamps, cord and plug pin. Works on 220/230 volts 50 Hz A.C. mains with Built in thermometer.
