 201.100 Cathetometer : It is designed for use in the vertical and horizontal planes. The vertical guide bar is made of brass metal. It rotates on ball centers having bearings nad can be clamped in any position. The cast iron frame supportinf the vertical guide bar is fitted with levelling screws. Range 100cms. The scale is divide into ½mm. Vernier reads to .02 to .01 mm. Graduation is done on high class dividing engine and guaranteed accurate.
Sliding Carriage : Sliding Carriage is made is brass metal geometricakky constructed and so designed that slipping and lateral play have been avoided. It's motion is tested for uniformity and straightness. The telescope is mounted on a subcarriage with slides on the main carriage and is moved by a fine pitch screw for final adjustment of the telescope height.
Telescope : Telescope is fitted with best quality achromatic objective 175 mm focus and ample light gathering power 10x Ramsden Eye pieces and cross line graticule with rack and pinion focusing range from one meter to infinity. There is no displacement of optical axis during focus. A sensitive spirit level is fitted above the telescope and is levelled by screw.

201.103 Centrifuge Electric : Electrically operated controlled with ten speed rotatory switch. Minimum vibrations. Maximum speed 3600 r.p.m. The body is a spun bowl and lid on a cast iron base with stove enamel finish. the motor and controls are totally enclosed for safety with three-core and plug. Four showing out bucket heads accomodate 15 ml centrifuge tube which are recommended for the sediment to be deposited horizontally volumetric determintion and separation of fluid.
